Standard Shipping/Returns

All parcels and packages will be shipped through USPS, at a flat rate of $4.95 (USD). The flat shipping rate is standard for US continental states, Canada and Mexico. If you are unhappy with your order, you may contact Prairie State via email at info@prairie-state.com with your desire for returning the products for a refund. You'll be responded to with the proper address of which to return the product. Upon receiving the returned product, the billed customer will be refunded %100 of the cost of the product, excluding shipping. The product must be completely intact and unused in order to receive a refund.
