Why We Made Prairie State

Prairie State was created for personal reasons. The founder of Prairie State has a family member that were diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance. It was frustrating watching family struggle with understanding if ingredient labels did or did not contain any form of gluten.

Our Background

Prairie State's founder spent his entire career in developing new food products for the food service industry, including grocery stores. He is an expert in working with food ingredients and specialty seasoning blends, and is an accomplished chef.
